2 - We Source & Test

We'll search for fragrance options that fit your description and test them for candle compatibility  and performance.

3 - You Approve

We'll reach out with the proposed scent direction before moving forward with your custom candle.

4 - We Make It

Once approved, your candle is handcrafted specifically for you.

After You Submit Your Request

Your order isn't immediately poured. First, we'll review your request and determine whether we can source a fragrance that fits your vision.

We'll contact you with the next steps before your candle is made.

Absolutely! That's exactly what this service is for.

Can I combine multiple scents?
Yes! Tell us what you're imagining and we'll determine whether the combination can work as a candle fragrance.

Do I get to approve the scent first?
Yes. We'll communicate with you regarding the proposed scent direction before moving forward.

How long does a custom candle take?
Custom candles require additional time for sourcing, testing, and production. Your estimated timeline will be provided after your request is reviewed.

What if you can't find the scent I'm looking for?
We'll let you know and, when possible, suggest an alternative direction.
